Limited Hardware Warranty (12 Months)

Coverage

NextGen warrants that Seeker hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the delivery date. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective Product or, at our option, provide a refund.

Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumables.
• Accident, misuse, liquid/contact damage, neglect, fire, or other external causes.
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or software/firmware tampering.
• Damage resulting from use with non‑approved accessories or power supplies.
• Loss or theft.

Battery

The battery is warranted for 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship. Capacity degradation due to normal use is expected and not a defect unless otherwise required by local law.

How to Obtain Service

1. Contact [email protected] with proof of purchase, serial/IMEI, and a description of the issue.
2. We may request diagnostics, photos/video, or that you install a software update.
3. If service is approved, we will provide an RMA and shipping instructions.

Limitation

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND AT OUR DISCRETION.
