30‑Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in like‑new condition, and returned with all original accessories, packaging, and serial numbers intact.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Items damaged through misuse, modification, or accidents (including liquid damage).
- Consumables (e.g., used screen protectors) and missing accessories.
- Physical damage, unauthorized repairs, or tampering with firmware or Secure Enclave.
Defective on Arrival (DOA)
If your Product appears defective on arrival, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will troubleshoot and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or repair.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos/video if applicable.
- We will provide an RMA number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Pack items securely. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges, duties/taxes, and certain handling fees are non‑refundable unless required by law. A reasonable restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply for opened items in used condition.
Regional Rights
Where consumer law provides additional rights (e.g., EU/UK right of withdrawal), we will honor the applicable statutory protections.
